About Team Johnson
Eldon Johnson, Broker/Owner
Licensed in 1992, Eldon has enjoyed helping over 500 families
sell or buy a home. He opened his own office, RE/MAX Reliance,in
1998. Eldon is a lifetime resident of the Princeton area and
spent over 30 years farming. He is also a land developer,
septic installer and contractor with extensive knowledge in
new construction and remodeling. Owning property in Florida
and the Brainerd Lakes area has given him a wide range of
investment property and market knowledge. A broker in the
state of Florida as well, he is constantly busy learning new
things to better serve his clients. When he does slow down
(a rare occurrence), Eldon enjoys boating, drag racing and
time with his three grandkids.

Erin Johnson, Broker/Owner, GRI
While still attending St. Olaf College, Erin obtained her
sales associate license to assist Eldon and Mary during the
summers. After graduating in 2000, she worked for two years
as a Controller and Marketing Director for Sodexho/American
Express. In 2002, Erin became a broker and now handles the
marketing, presentations and market analysis for all our properties.
She maintains a metro presence from her home in Blaine and
her specialty is in “the details”, making buyers and sellers
at ease by guaranteeing timely and accurate information. Priding
herself on keeping up on the market trends, Erin averages
over 45 hours of continuing education each year- more than
triple the amount required of real estate agents. In her spare
time Erin likes to travel, plan parties, practice Spanish
with her husband (a Mexican native) or write non-fiction essays.

Connie Hamann, Client Care Manager and Buyer’s Agent
Connie is a long-time resident of the area. She has two years
experience in the Mille Lacs County recorders office and also
in property management. She obtained her real estate license
in 1998. She works with many buyers and is diligent in finding
the best property for each client. As the client care manager
for Team Johnson, she will be communicating with you on feedback
from showings on your home, and answering any questions or
concerns you may have during the time of your listing and
during the closing process. Connie has two children, Jackie
and John, and she enjoys cake decorating, singing, farming
and dog training.
